This hose kit has been designed to cut out the cross over pipework on the Astra VXR (and also the mk4 GSI if fitted with 80mm AFM). 1.9 CDTI airbox are also available (available standard or already modified by JS Performance). Kit includes 1 direct route induction hose, an 80mm internal diameter AFM-Airbox coupler, a 16mm internal diameter Fluoro-lined breather hose, a 16mm stainless steel joiner and fitting instructions. The 1.9CDTI airbox requires DIY modification when used with this kit as the Astra VXR airflow meter is 80mm. Please note, if you choose the non modified airbox you will have to modify the airbox yourself, opening the outlet and bonding an 80mm spigot to alow the 80mm air flow meter to fit. Alternativly you can use a universal 80mm cone filter. Also note that the air flow meter wiring will need to be lengthened when fitting this direct route induction (VXR only). Kit includes everything needed to fit (apart from tools) and the fitting time is approximately 45 minutes.

Measurements for our silicone hoses, hose clips and accessories are provided as internal diameters, except for products where the overall or external diameter is the more important measurement, such as for blanking plugs or stainless steel hose joiners.
