Airtec front mount intercooler upgrade for the Vauxhall Astra VXR (MK5). Airtec have been manufacturing and producing high performance parts and intercoolers for fast road and race cars for the past eight years. With continuous development and technical expertise their products are highly competitive and of the highest quality. This intercooler has a huge 100mm core with flowed cast end tanks. This means less welding and a stronger intercooler. It is a great upgrade for all VXR's with standard or remapped Ecu and perfect for fast road and track use. Even though this intercooler is designed to cope with 500 plus bhp power figures, it works just as well on 300 bhp cars. The huge 100mm gobstoper core comes with full depth large air ram scoop with huge 70mm pipe outlets. A stage 3 kit, the intercooler comes complete with 70mm to 60mm reducers. No cutting to the bumper is required and the fog lights are retained. Please note though that this kit will require you to remove your aircon radiator due to the huge 100mm core. This intercooler comes with an Airtec 3 year unlimited mileage warranty and shows a proven power increase for fast road and track. High quality silicone hoses with alloy joiners and stainless jubilee clips are provided. JS Performance manufacture the silicone hoses for Airtec.

Measurements for our silicone hoses, hose clips and accessories are provided as internal diameters, except for products where the overall or external diameter is the more important measurement, such as for blanking plugs or stainless steel hose joiners.
