Airtec front mount intercooler upgrade for the Ford Focus Mk3 ST 250. Airtec have been manufacturing and producing high performance parts and intercoolers for fast road and race cars for the past eight years. This stage 2 intercooler with its full width design ensures maximum airflow to the intercooler without blocking the top of radiator, unlike other manufacturers designs. Airtec have used their fully proven 60mm bar and plate core with tapered end tanks. This same spec has been tested at over 300 bhp, and consistently provides cooling for 400 plus bhp cars. The cast alloy tapered end tanks ensure smooth airflow with maximum strength. No extra hoses are required and this intercooler fits to standard hoses. Removal of the Ford grill shutters is required to fit this item. Simply unbolt and refit the loom to the Airtec bracket supplied. Fitting should take no longer than 1 to 2 hours. The intercooler comes with an Airtec 3 year unlimited mileage warranty and shows a proven power increase for fast road and track.
