Airtec front mount intercooler upgrade for the Ford Focus RS Mk2. Airtec have been manufacturing and producing high performance parts and intercoolers for fast road and race cars for the past eight years. This stage 3 intercooler is the only off the shelf intercooler that uses a 100mm deep core. Airtec use this core only in the most extreme coolers. Every stage 3 intercooler comes with a 70mm cold side hose, if you have a big boost pipe kit fitted, your hot side pipework will still fit. This intercooler has smooth flow, curved end tanks, for ultimate flow and an airram scoop, which forces air directly into core of intercooler. Fitting takes about 2 to 3 hours maximum and no bumper removal is required. The intercooler comes with an Airtec 3 year unlimited mileage warranty and shows a proven power increase for fast road and track.

We use JCS Hi Grip stainless steel hose clips in our kits, regarded universally as being the highest quality clip available in the market today.
Measurements for our silicone hoses, hose clips and accessories are provided as internal diameters, except for products where the overall or external diameter is the more important measurement, such as for blanking plugs or stainless steel hose joiners.
